ABSTRACT PREPARATION AND WRITING PRINCIPLES

. ......Abstract

  1. Paper abstract will not be more than 200 (two hundred) words.
  2. Paper abstract should include the subject, purpose, problem defination and method (the statistical techniques, sampling, measurement instruments been used), the results (key words for the concluded results) of the study,  in a short way.
  3. Paper abstract, the name of author(s),communication informations(e-mail,telephone information, posting information) and the institution been belonged to must be defined (as an attached folder) at the latest 31 December 2007 to the adress of conference.dba@ieu.edu.tr . The other papers submitted in other ways will not be taken into consideration.
  4. The papers been accepted will be announced after 31 January 2008 by e-mail to the authors.
  5. The papers should not been presented before at the other conferences, and should not have been published, in order to be accepted by the Scientific Assesment Committe. In the case of original papers been accepted, paper admission and presentation will be sent to the authors in detailed. For that reason it is suggested to the authors to cite the adress that in use frequency.
  6. The papers been accepted, will be published without any modification after  reevaluated according to the grammatical and writing issues. The responsibility will be the authors
  7. The abstracts been sent after that deadline will not be taken into consideration.
  8. The paper abstracts been sent after that time will not be proceed. Paper abstract will not be more than 200 (two hundred) words.

. ......Wrinting Principles

  • Paper abstracts, should be sent as a word document, A4 formatted, one line spacing, with the character of writing Times New Roman,  10 font size, 2.5 cm top margin and 2 cm left, right and bottom margin and should be attached to the electronic mail.
  • Paper language is English or Turkish.
  • Writing characters and size should be as defined below.
  • Paper Heading: 12 font size, capitilized bold letter and at the middle.
  • Author name 10 font size, at the middle, bolded/ the institution that the authors belong to, addrss and e-mail: 12 font size, at the middle.

FULL PAPER PREPARATION AND WRITING PRINCIPLES

. ......Full Paper

  1. In full paper you should define the authors and the author to make the paper presentation.
  2. Full paper, the name of author(s),communication informations(e-mail,telephone information, posting information) and the institution been belonged to must be defined (as an attached folder) at the latest 31 March 2008 to the adress of conference.dba@ieu.edu.tr . The other papers submitted in other ways will not be taken into consideration.
  3.  There will be appropriate surrounding with overhead projector, projector, and the media for powerpoint applications in each room during the general meeting. For the other materials that the participants would like to use during the general meeting, it is suggested to contact with the conference communication address.
  4. The papers been accepted, will be published without any modification after  reevaluated according to the grammatical and writing issues. The responsibility will be the authors.  The papers should not have been presented before at the other confrerences, and should not have been published, in order to be accepted by the Scientific Assesment Committe.

. ......Writing Principles

  • Full paper documentation should be sent to the adress of  conference.dba@ieu.edu.tr until  the date of 31 March 2008. The papers been sent after that date will not be taken into consideration. Full paper should be sent as a word document, A4 formatted, one line spacing, with the character of writing Times New Roman,  10 font size, 2.5 cm top magrin and 2 cm left, right and bottom margin. .Paper language is English or Turkish.

  • Tittle of paper: 12 font, all the letters should be capitalized letter, bolded and in the middle. The institution that the authors belong to:10 font, bolded and in the middle. Main Headings: 10 font and left justified and  bolded.  Text: 10 font, left and right justified. The titles of the graphics, chart and fotograph titles should be in 10 font, bolded with one line spacing. There should be one line spacing between the paper subparts.
  • Full paper should not be more than 10 paper.
  • Initial letter of the titles of the shapes and graphics should be in capitalized letter, others should be small letter.
  • Quated passage that would be replaced in texts or notes must be defined in paranthesis with the author names/surnames and publication year.
  • Bibliography should be represented at the last part of the paper and should be alfabetically ordered according to author surnames.
