Course Objectives This course aims to provide basic concepts of Mathematics such as functions, area between functions, integrals, multivariable calculus, maxima minima and their applications
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • will be able to sketch graphs of functions.
  • will be able to solve optimization problems.
  • will be able to find accurately definite and indefinite integrations,by using integration by parts, substitution.
  • will be able to calculate multivariable functions, differentials extreme value(s) of a bivariate function.
  • will be able to evaluate the double integral of a bivariate function.
  • will be able to evaluate the conceptual and visual representation of trigonometric functions, basic differentiation rules and integration techniques for trigonometric functions.
Course Description Sketching graphs of functions. Optimization.The definite integral. The indefinite integral. Techniques of integration. Multivariable calculus. Derivatives of multivariable fuctions. Extreme values of a bivariate function. The double integral. Volume of a solid under a graph of a bivariate function over a region.
