Course Objectives The aim of this course is, researching the examples of composers’ works and eras, general information will be given about instruments and composition styles.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • to describe general history of classical music.
  • to compare the differences between eras of the classical music.
  • to describe the development of the instruments and orchestras.
  • to discuss the classical music composers’ lives’ reflections on their works.
  • to classify eras of the classical music and composition styles.
Course Description This course is interested in eras, composers, composition techniques and examples of works in music history.
